Rockpool Investing is a property investment advisory founded by Dylan Adkins. We help everyday Australians approach property investing with clarity, discipline and a structured long-term strategy built on real-world experience and data.

What We Do

We help clients plan and build well-structured property portfolios through research, strategy and acquisition support. We also provide ongoing support and use tools such as Gameplans to map out future investment planning and cashflows. Along the way, we bring together the broader team including investment-savvy mortgage brokers, accountants, conveyancers, property managers and building and pest inspectors to ensure each decision supports a clear long-term investment strategy.
